  They informed me that they don't have the transmission that I need. And then continued to call and ask me if I had found what I'm looking for. And I told them what I was told. Emails texts and more emails asking how my experience was. If you can't help me quit contacting me. I'm very annoyed.
  
  Edit: the owner contacted me personally to apologize that my needs had slipped through the cracks and he wished he could do more to help me and had he known at the time he definitely could have helped but if I had any future needs to please call him personally and he will make sure it's handled properly. It meant a lot that he reached out and personally contacted me. Because of that I will definitely give them the opportunity in the future. It was a pretty stand up move.
